1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website www.audexstore.com between:

And

Any natural or legal person, individual or professional, making a purchase via the website.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. However, slight variations may occur. The photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
AUDEX™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

The customer selects the products to be ordered through the online store. Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.
An order confirmation is automatically sent by email. AUDEX™ reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer or non-payment.

5. Payment

Payment can be made via:
✅ Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
✅ PayPal

Payments are secured through SSL protocols and Shopify’s payment services. Banking data is never stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

📦 Delivery is available in France and internationally.
⏱ Estimated delivery times: 2 to 5 business days for France, and depending on international destinations.
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.
The customer will receive a tracking link once the order has been dispatched.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 30 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification.
The product must be returned unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent.
If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 days.

9. Warranties

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects.

10. Liability

AUDEX™ shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the product (loss of business, loss of data, etc.).
Liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, images, videos, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any partial or total reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data

Customer data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

13. Disputes & Governing Law

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The applicable law is French law.
