AUDEX™ – Return & Refund Policy

At AUDEX™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.


✅ Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

⚠️ Do not return your product to the manufacturer.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads (software, e-books, etc.)

  • Personal or intimate hygiene products

  • Health-related products

  • Hazardous, flammable products or liquids

  • Discounted or sale items


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us at dfa@sae-solution.fr with your order number.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming:

  • Receipt of your returned item

  • Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.


⏳ Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company

  3. If you still have not received it, please write to us at dfa@sae-solution.fr

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the gift was given to you later by the purchaser, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns valued over €75, or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.
